Degree Path

This Degree path is designed for those who want to receive practical ministry and leadership training while earning a college degree. As a partner site of North Central University, students can earn a fully accredited Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree.

When I first joined TBSL, I wasn't even sure why God had called me to pursue leadership in this way. I'm the kind of person who loves a plan, and there was no clear "end goal." TBSL helped deepen my faith and trust in God, and as I kept saying "yes," He led me through the two-year program. Not only did I get through it and finally came to the "end goal" of being on staff in our Creative Department, but I loved every moment of the journey. I grew closer to God, learned to hear His voice, developed a stronger prayer life, gained practical knowledge on leadership in and out of ministry, AND had so much fun.
